Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully.

• REFUNDS: There are NO refunds.
• CONFIRMATIONS: Your payment receipt IS your confirmation. There will be no other confirmation email and no digital tickets.
• REMINDERS: A reminder email will come closer to your event date with all the details and updates.
• WILL-CALL: Your tickets will be available at the main registration desk during Festival hours. Please, have your photo ID and receipt (digital or printed) ready.
• TRANSFERS: You may transfer your reservation to someone else for most events. Please allow at least 48 hours. Email [email protected] with your receipt number, full name, and phone number. Also, add the full name of your guest, with their phone number and email address. A volunteer will assist with your transfer. Excluded: registrations for the Career Fair and Artist Alley. Important: Discounted sponsor tickets can only be transferred to another staff or student member of the same organization.
